About The Internship Program: • As an Intern, you will assign to the respective Marketing Unit where you will have the exposure to a wide range of marketing engagement. • We offer relevant career development and opportunity to explore a variety of projects assigned to you at a graduate level of responsibility to work on. Job Specifications: • Assist in planning, creating and scheduling content across our social media channels. • Work with the team to localize and create assets for social and digital campaigns. • Monitor social media trends and engagement to suggest fun, relevant ways DYNAMIC AGENCY can join the conversation. • Support on content shoots where needed. • Learn to track and report what performs best across platforms. • Support with administrative tasks like preparing POs and maintaining campaign-related documents and records. Job Requirements: • Malaysian nationality • A penultimate or final year’s student who possesses a Diploma or Degree in Marketing Communications, Mass Communications, Public Relations, Multimedia, Advertising, Marketing, Event Management or Art & Design. • Minimum CGPA of 3.0 or 2nd Class Upper (or equivalent) • Fluent in oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is mandatory). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. • Good interpersonal skills • Have a keen interest in finance and its related business • Minimum period of Internship placement of 3 months and maximum of 6 months Your profile: • Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, digital media or related field. • Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube – maybe even the next big thing). • Comfortable using basic content creation tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Meta tools or similar). • Enjoys trends, storytelling and translating brand messages into scroll-stopping moments. • Curious, organized and eager to learn how content strategy works from idea to impact.
