We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F&B Operations Manager to oversee daily food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences while ensuring operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Overseeing the daily operations of F&B outlets, ensuring seamless service and operational efficiency. • Supervise and support the front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. • Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with company and regulatory requirements. • Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to optimize productivity. • Implement and maintain SOPs to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. • Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure excellent customer service. • Support the Group Operations Manager in achieving business objectives and financial targets. Job Requirements: • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Food Service, HORECA, or B2B Sales (FMCG or Food Ingredient industry preferred). • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Strong skills in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Statistical Reporting. • Hands-on experience in restaurant management and service operations. • Knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and best practices. • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and F&B management systems is an advantage. • Self-driven, analytical thinker with strong teamwork and adaptability skills. • Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel when required.
