As a Business Development Executive under the Beverage Serve Business, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, expanding market presence, and strengthening Chu Chat Malaysia’s position within the Beverage Café and catering industry. You will identify growth opportunities, manage key customer relationships, and implement effective sales and marketing strategies that align with company objectives. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives within the café & catering channel. • Identify new business opportunities and manage sales pipelines to expand market coverage. • Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with key accounts, distributors, and food service partners. • Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and data-driven reporting to support strategic decisions. • Collaborate with marketing, trade, and culinary teams to develop channel-focused promotional activities and menu applications. • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, budgets, and forecasts to ensure target achievement. • Provide feedback from customers and the market to support new product development and continuous improvement. • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and brand guidelines in all business activities. Job Requirements: • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field. • 2–3 years of working experience in Food Service, HORECA, or B2B Sales (FMCG or Food Ingredient industry preferred). • Proven track record in Sales Target Achievement and Customer Relationship Management. • Strong skills in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Statistical Reporting. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. • Self-driven, analytical thinker with strong teamwork and adaptability skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and F&B management systems is an advantage. • Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel when required.
