Salary Range: RM1,700 – RM1,900 Gender: Male / Female Working Hours: Shift-based Rest Days: Weekends off Job Description: • Greet customers as they enter the mall and offer assistance as needed. • Provide clear and accurate information to customers about mall stores, promotions, and events. • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, offering solutions or redirecting them to the appropriate departments. • Assist customers with any problems or concerns they may have during their visit and ensure they are directed to the correct person or department for further assistance • Ensure that the information counter is clean, organized, and fully stocked with brochures, maps, and other customer materials. • Provide mall visitors with up-to-date information on promotions, events, store locations, and mall facilities. • Issue and manage mall services like strollers, wheelchairs, and lost-and-found items to customers. • Help coordinate the setup and organization of promotional events or mall activities. Requirement: • SPM & Above • Experience in Call Centre, Hotel Front Desk, Cabin Crew, Customer Service is priority • Good command language in Malay & English • Have good digital & social media management skill • Possess good telephone etiquette with SMILEY VOICE & SMILEY FACE • Good Health Condition • Willing to work in Shift, weekend and Public Holiday Benefit: • Panel clinic • Staff rebate For any inquiries, please contact the person in-charge at +0194447140 (Ms. Nadia)
