Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our team! You will be the person in-charge for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining that daily operations run smoothly in the office. If you love interacting with people and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, this is the role for you! Working Hours: • Mondays to Fridays • 9am - 6pm Working Location: • Eco Palladium, Johor Bahru Job Role: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email in a timely and professional manner. - Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive attitude. - Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information. - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall service quality. - Identify trends in customer inquiries and complaints and recommend solutions to improve our processes. - Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and build lasting relationships. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Qualifications: - Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Words
