Working Days & Time: • Monday – Friday • 8:30am – 5:30pm Working Location: • Based Johor Bahru Gender: • Open Female and Male candidates Salary Range: • RM 1,900 – RM 2,000 Job Requirements: • Minimum SPM qualification. • Diploma in Business, Administration, Communication, or a related field. • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, support, or a related field. • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, and data entry). • Patient, friendly, and polite. • Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage. • Adaptable and able to learn new processes quickly. Job Description / Responsibilities: • Generate sales invoices and forward them to the warehouse team for order picking. • Participate in stocktaking by counting, verifying, and recording inventory to ensure stock accuracy. • Process and enter credit notes accurately. • Follow up and collect completed delivery invoices from drivers or customers to ensure proper documentation. • Maintain regular communication with the sales team to support order processing and respond to customer requests. 📞 Contact Information For any inquiries, please contact the person in charge: Ms. Shanti 016 – 8121 495 / Rachel 012 – 912 6300
