Roles & Key Responsibilities: • Assist in monitoring daily operations to ensure adherence to company policies and standards. • Conduct regular checks on floor operations, stock handling, merchandising, and cleanliness. • Support the Operations Quality & Compliance Executive in performing operational audits. • Report findings and assist in corrective action follow-ups. • Assist in staff briefing and training on operational standards. • Prepare basic operational reports and documentation as required. • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor or management. 📞 Contact Information: For any inquiries, please contact the person in charge, Ms Iffa, at +6019-723 7756 or via email at hr@midas.com.my.
