Candidates choose to participate in Midas Mart’s Management Trainee program will receive the Company-specific training and on-the-job experience they need to assume a position as a Duty Manager or any Executive post. As a Management Trainee, the Candidate will learn supervisory and technical skills that are in alignment with the Company's Core Values and operational strategies. The program should prepare candidate for the decisions he/she will be making, and the actions he/she will be taking in the areas of people management, operations management, and merchandising management when he/she assumes the role of Duty Manager/Managers. Main Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Work with other managers to plan and direct the work of the organization. 2. Help set policies. 3. Evaluate work output. 4. Work in different departments to gain perspective, including marketing, sales, customer services, purchasing, operation and personnel departments. 5. Participate with store management in training employees. 6. Use company reports to analyze sales, gross profit and inventory activity. 7. Identify trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage business situations. 8. Report market activity to management by monitoring and analyzing competitive price lists and products. 9.
