📍 Location: Tebrau 3 Industrial Area (Near JPJ Taman Daya) 💰 Salary: • RM3,500++ per month (commensurate with experience) Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent • Preferably 2 years or more relevant working experience • Good communication skills • Able to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment • A good team player with initiative and ability to multitask • Possess leadership skills • Fast learner • Able to start work within short notice will be an advantage Job Roles & Responsibilities: • Handle full set of accounts and payroll • Perform daily finance duties such as AP, AR, bank transactions, petty cash, and SST submission • Maintain daily accounting transactions including data entry • Posting and recording accounting data • Prepare sales and management reports • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management • Prepare employee expense reimbursements / claims • Responsible for monthly bank reconciliation, fixed asset schedule, and insurance matters • Filing and documentation • Handle HR matters including payroll, leave records, and other HR-related tasks • Knowledge of Autocount, Million Payroll, and attendance software will be an added advantage • Conduct orientation on company policies for new hires • Arrange external and internal training • Maintain and update staff personal files, EPF, SOCSO, and prepare monthly payroll • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government authorities 📞 Interested candidates are welcome to contact: • Tel: 07-355 9333 • WhatsApp: 012-387 9330 • Email resume to: hr@supergoldind.com 📍 工作地点:Tebrau 3 工业区(靠近 JPJ Taman Daya) 💰 薪资待遇: • 月薪 RM3,500++(视经验而定) 职位要求(Requirements): • 至少拥有 会计相关文凭 / 学士学位(Diploma / Degree in Accounting 或同等资格) • 具备 2 年或以上相关工作经验 者优先 • 良好的沟通能力 • 能独立工作,并适应快节奏的工作环境 • 具备团队精神、主动性强,能同时处理多项工作 • 具备领导能力 • 学习能力强 • 能在短时间内到职者优先考虑 工作职责(Job Roles & Responsibilities): • 负责 全套账目及薪资处理 • 处理日常财务工作,如 AP、AR、银行交易、零用金、SST 提呈 • 维护日常会计交易及数据输入 • 账目过账与记录 • 准备销售报告及管理层报告 • 执行管理层交办的其他相关工作 • 处理员工报销及费用索赔 • 负责每月银行对账、固定资产清单及保险事项 • 文件归档与整理 • 处理人事事务,包括薪资、假期记录等 • 熟悉 Autocount、Million Payroll 及考勤系统 者优先 • 为新员工进行公司政策说明(Orientation) • 安排内部及外部培训 • 维护与更新员工档案、EPF、SOCSO,并准备每月薪资 • 与审计师、税务顾问及政府部门联络 📞 有兴趣者欢迎联系: • 电话:07-355 9333 • WhatsApp:012-387 9330 • 电邮简历至:hr@supergoldind.com
