Requirements • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in offset printing operations. • Hands-on experience with Offset Printing Komori. • Strong knowledge of printing processes, color control, and printing materials. • Willing to work overtime and/or shifts when required. • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Job Description • Operate and monitor printing machines. • Ensure all printing output meets company standards and customer quality requirements. • Oversee machine setup, color matching, registration, and overall print consistency. • Plan and coordinate daily production schedules to meet deadlines. • Train, guide, and monitor printing operators to ensure optimal performance. • Troubleshoot machine, color, and printing-related issues. • Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures. Working Days & Time: • Monday – Saturday (6 days) • 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
