Bhd., a high-tech industrial engineering construction EPC company invested by China's benchmark engineering firm Hejing Shengshi Construction Group, specializes in engineering planning and design, project contracting, construction management, and services. 洲际建设（马来西亚）有限公司是中国工程行业标杆企业合景盛世建设集团对外投资的高科技产业工程建设EPC公司，业务函盖工程规划设计，工程承包，施工管理与服务等。 Requirements 任职要求 • Diploma or above in HVAC, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. • Malaysian Chinese candidates are preferred. • Age between 25–35 years old. • Possession of a nationally recognized engineering management certification is an added advantage. • A valid local driving license is preferred. • Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC and M&E project construction or management. • Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay. • Willing to travel and be stationed on-site. • Strong sense of responsibility with good work ethics. • Familiar with installation techniques, engineering standards, and construction workflows. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD software. • 大专及以上学历，暖通空调、机电工程或相关专业； • 马来西亚本地华人优先考虑； • 年龄介于25至35岁之间； • 持有国家认可的工程管理相关证书者优先； • 持有本地有效驾照者优先； • 具备至少2年以上暖通及机电工程项目施工或管理经验； • 能熟练使用中文、英语及马来语进行沟通； • 能接受出差及长期驻扎项目现场； • 责任心强，具备良好的职业素养； • 熟悉安装工艺、工程规范及施工流程； • 熟练使用Microsoft Office及AutoCAD软件。 Company Name: Intercontinental Construction (M) Sdn.
