Working Days & Hours: • 5 working days per week • Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM Working Location: • ECO Business Park 1, Dato Onn Gender: • Open to Male & Female candidates Salary Range: • RM 7,000 – RM 8,500 (Negotiable based on skills and experience) Requirements: • Degree or higher qualification in Quantity Surveying or related fields • At least 4 years of proven experience in Business Development or Marketing within the construction industry • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Willingness to travel as required Roles & Key Responsibilities: 1. Review tender documents, submissions, and contractual agreements with strong attention to detail 2. Conduct accurate taking-off to ensure all project details are properly accounted for 3. Oversee cost estimation and budgeting to ensure financial efficiency and project success 4.
