We are looking for an Automotive Service Advisor (Warranty department) to join our company. Working hours for this role are 8.30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Saturday. Job description: - Prepares, records and submits warranty claims to the distributor and reconciles them accordingly. - Files and maintains all service records as required by the warrantor - Processes all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation. - Assists with body shop warranty claims as needed - Process job requisition form and export data into Job Sheet - Assist in customer service and performs other duties as assigned Requirement: - Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Automotive/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. - Preferably minimum 1-year working experience in automotive service and repair or related field. - Required skill(s): Ms.Office and Ms.Excel - Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia - Able to start work immediately Send your resume via WhatsApp
