Job Description

Job Responsibilities : • Provide excellent customer service. • Promote and sell watches and related products to achieve sales targets. • Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally. • Assist the Head of Outlet with daily outlet operations, documentation and administrative duties. • Maintain proper product presentation and ensure the outlet, display areas and stock are clean and well-organised at all times. • Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Management from time to time. Job Requirement: • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification • Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail, experience in customer service or sales is an added advantage • Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant customer service/sales experience are encouraged to apply. • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant and customer-oriented personality. • Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.
