Job Highlights: • Bonus (18 months) • EPF, SOCSO, EIS • Annual Leave • Accommodation provided (if needed) Job Description: Responsibilities: • Ensure to achieve the sales target set by management. • Analyse industry trends and provide regular updates to management regarding customer needs and suitable marketing and promotional activities. • Responsible for the overall management of all the strategic sales and marketing, business development and customer relationship management. • Supervising overall product sales & marketing, covering sales revenue, expense controls, inventory and meeting targets. • Able to prepare and execute new product development & launches and marketing presentation & campaigns。 • Manage all the salesman, communicate with sales technician, update all the information of sales technician, and make reports. 职责: • 确保完成管理层设定的销售目标。 • 分析行业趋势,并定期向管理层提供有关客户需求和适当的营销和促销活动的最新信息。 • 负责所有战略销售和营销、业务开发和客户关系管理的整体管理。 • 监督整体产品销售和营销,包括销售收入、费用控制、库存和实现目标。 • 能够准备和执行新产品开发和发布以及营销演示和活动。 • 管理所有销售人员,与销售技术人员沟通,更新销售技术人员的所有信息,并制作报告。 Requirements: • At least 5 years related experience. • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
