Job Description

Key Responsibilities • To oversee the quality of the production and products are delivered on time with minimal material loss. • Address areas of non-compliance as and when appropriate in a professional manner • Develop and implement plans to achieve business goals and targets (eg. Safety, Yield, Efficiency of production) • Ensuring the quantity of finished goods meet the production schedule • Review work procedures and recommend any corrective measures and solutions whenever necessary • Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control • Supervising, motivate and review performance of workers • Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed • Prepare weekly/monthly reports, planning and managing budgets • Maintaining and improvising the current inventory system to ensure all goods are accounted for • Determine and ensure sufficient materials are planned to ensure continuous productivity. • Ensure consistent and effective employee relations and disciplinary management in the Plant. • Co-ordinate with relevant groups to ensure resolution of issues. • To lead and manage a team of production workers to meet daily targets. Job Requirements: • At least 3 years working experience running production factory in related field • Be decisive, committed and able to work under pressure • Positive and ‘Can Do’ attitude • Ability to manage and lead a team • Possess leadership, strong communication and good interpersonal skills • Familiar working with manufacturing data to drive productivity improvements • Working knowledge of MS Office is necessary • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory. • The ability to multitask.
