1. Incorporate the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values into daily practice. 2. Identify target market on digital platforms & create interesting content or design to captivate the audience to encourage brand awareness & conversion 3. May be requested to assist to develop and implement approved digital planning of an annual or long term marketing plan to drive forward agreed company objectives. 4. Manage promotional activities and projects to ensure appropriate execution with suppliers/ printers/ agencies and monitor its progress, and present the outcome against the targeted objective. 5. Proposed copy for marketing material for digital platforms. 6. Assist in marketing budgets and ensure that all marketing activities are managed within budgets 7. Liaise with media, printers and publishers as required and manage the production of marketing materials such as leaflets, flyers, posters, banners and newsletters (including e-newsletters) 8. Manage photo shoots and update mailing databases. 9. Carry out periodic customer surveys to understand demand and manage brand positioning, and present findings. 10. Liaise with events coordinators to maximise visibility at conferences, receptions and exhibitions including compiling product and literature lists to display or demonstrate. 11. In charge of social media accounts & monthly postings to generate interest and monitor activity. 12. Manage periodic analysis of marketing efforts and campaigns. 13. Assist Operation Department with planogram compilation that is compliance for retail products that should be placed on retail shelves or displayed at the Point of Sale (POS) to increase customer purchases, and also in an effort to achieve suppliers incentives. 14. Develop in-house memo for all upcoming marketing campaigns/ projects to inform all stakeholders appropriately. 15. Assist HR Department with recruitment and retention material by supporting & suggesting appropriate media platform & improve messaging. 16. Develop cross-marketing campaigns within brands our company manage. 17. Any other duties assigned by the Company as and when deemed necessary Job Requirements: · Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing · At least 1 year of relevant work experience · Has knowledge of at least 2 graphic design software (ex: photoshop) · Love social media content development · Fresh graduates may be considered
