Job Description

1.Set up workstations with computers and peripheral devices 2.Check computer hardware functionality 3.Install and configure appropriate software and functions 4.Develop and maintain local networks 5.Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems 6.Guide users on new software and computer equipment 7.Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems 8.Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule 10.Maintain hardware and software inventory Job Requirements: 1.Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field 2.Certification as IT Technician an advantage 3.Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position 4.Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills 5.Proficient communication ability 6.Able to travel within Johor 7.Has own car
