Lunch time 1pm – 2pm 3. 10 days annual leave 4. 14 days MC Job Description 1.Administrative Support: You will be responsible for managing the daily administrative tasks of the training department. This includes scheduling training sessions, coordinating with trainers and trainees, preparing training materials, and maintaining organized records and files related to training programs. 2.Training Program Coordination: You will assist in coordinating various training programs and initiatives. This involves liaising with trainers, scheduling training sessions, booking venues or virtual platforms for training delivery, and ensuring all necessary resources and materials are available for each training program. 3.Training Material Preparation: You may be involved in preparing training materials and resources, such as presentations, handouts, manuals, and online training modules. Attention to detail is crucial in ensuring all materials are accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing. 4.Training Calendar Management: You will assist in maintaining the training calendar, ensuring that all training programs and events are scheduled appropriately, and communicating the schedule to relevant stakeholders. 5.Communication and Coordination: You will act as a point of contact for trainers, trainees, and other internal departments regarding training-related matters. This involves answering inquiries, providing information about training programs, and coordinating with other team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration. 6.Crisis Communication: In the event of a crisis or complaint, you will develop and implement crisis communication strategies. This includes managing communication with stakeholders, providing accurate and timely information, and mitigating reputational damage.
