Job Description

Responsibilities • Responsible for interacting and negotiating regularly with existing key account clients to build and maintain relations. • Devise sales & marketing strategies specific to each customer adhering to given budget structure to consistently hit monthly and yearly sales target. • Evaluation and monitoring of ROI on promotional activities and implement post campaign evaluations. • Prepare and deliver optimum presentations to propose new products to clients. • Data Analytics – Compile and create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data (Excel, Power BI) • To work closely with sales supervisor and merchandisers on executions of in store activities, promotions and maintaining brand presence. • Provide suggestions for formulation new product offerings to enhance the organization competitive position. To keep abreast of competitive activities and product launches. • To assist the National Sales Manager and Key Account Manager in the development and implementation of end-to-end promotion campaigns and trade marketing solutions to build market share and product expansion. • Plan steadily and arrange work efficiently. Requirements • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in business, marketing or related field. • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Good interpersonal and communication skills. • Results oriented, self-driven and a good team player. • Able to multitask. • Proficient in excel.
