The Brand is mostly active Malaysia and in Singapore. We are seeking an active learner with a drive for excellence to join our dynamic and feel-at-home team, and to spearhead our brands locally and globally. - Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and overseas vendors - Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project - In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules - Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors - Verifying quantity of goods that returned to store. - To ensure goods / materials / tools movements are properly recorded in Incoming, outgoing logbook and in computer system. - Coordinating with logistic department on shipment arrangement and custom exemption application. - Assist to initiate, develop and implementation of department procedures. - Maintaining proper documents control and filling system. -Prefer Chinese (female) -Know basic of computer like Microsoft word, excel -Working days: 9am-5pm -5 days work from Monday - Friday
