JOB SALARY: RM2000 - RM3000 JOB LOCATION: BUKIT INDAH 5 WORKING DAY Job description 1. Arrangement of all the Project related meeting and prepare minutes of meeting. 2. Prepare and follow up all the advice payment. 3. Preparation of all paperwork or letter requested by Contract/Project Executive/ Management. 4. Prepare & compilation of all required documents for Authorities submission and follow up to obtain approval or endorsement. 5. To monitor and manage Authorities related original approval letter, endorsed drawing and Tuntutan Wang Amanah. 6. Drafting, liaise and follow up all Land Matters related issue. 7. Project correspondence documents for management signing/sending/circulation and filing administration. 8. Assist the setup of the Digitalized Operation System and to do daily progress update in the system. 9. Responsible to the office housekeeping for Project Department. 10. Monitoring and maintain the stationery and grocery stock level. 11. Project Department administration works. 12. Drawing Review: Carefully review architectural and engineering drawings to ensure accuracy, compliance with building codes, and project specifications. (Proficiency in relevant software applications such as AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Microsoft project, 3D Rendering etc) 13. Secretary/Assistant duty to the Head of Department 14. Other implied/ expressed duties required by the Company.
