- Fresh Graduate - SPM and above - 2 year experience related (give priority to) - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Basic - Ability work independently - Training program - Subsidize for improve skill - Quarterly / annual trip (if hiting target) - Quarterly / annual bonus (if hiting target) Job Description - Will be responsible for providing sales support and administrative functions to an assigned team of sale's professional. - Include posting in social media, responding to customer inquiries, coordinsting the delivery of customers orders etc. - Answer incoming phone calls and emails from prospects and existing customers. - Manage CRM system to track sales pipeline. - Handle all kinds of enquiry from customers . (Exp: service request, product request, quotation request and so on.) - Take ownership of new account. - Maintain relationships with esixting customer - Ant ad hoc task as assigned by superior - Coordinate between customer and operation. - Follow up with HQ if customer purchase item, item insufficient stock balance.
