Job Highlights • Basic salary and high sales commission • Staff allowance and incentive • Good culture and encourage internal growth Job Description • Identify and develop new customers. • Manage account service, develop new sales opportunities and create revenue streams optimizing long-term business opportunities with maximum possible profitability. • To be able to also recommend any new accounts opening by stating the Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities & Threats to the Sales & Marketing Manager. • Complete all sales documentation promptly, thoroughly, and accurately into the SAP System. • Maintain all sales resources and databases such that they are kept up to date and accurate. • Build a good working relationship with the customers, to ensure an understanding of the customer’s needs and objectives, and approach decisions as a partnership with the client. • Handle customer inquiries and after-sales service. • Payment collection & bad debt management. • To service existing customers and create new potential customers in the selected territory assigned with the minimum visitation itinerary set by the company. • To contribute new ideas, in order to improve sales strategies or any other matter, that will directly or in-directly better for the company’s growth. • To be able to understand the aging/receivables report from finance and collect payment as per the term and conditions set by the company. • To be able to meet the Sales & Collection target set by the company. • Handle customer complaints professionally and work independently with minimum supervision. • To perform any sort of survey needed by the company, where the data is required to be collected for future planning by the management team. • Willing to learn and explore wines and spirits. Qualification - Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree Years of Experience - 1 year
