Job Description

Job description: - Co-ordinates with related departments as required regarding procurement and stock matters - To assist in dealing with suppliers for any price / quantity / quality discrepancy or follow up on incomplete documents - To prepare relevant documents for Account Department for payment purpose - To assist in preparation of Purchase Orders - Perform general clerical duties - To maintain proper procurement filing and recording system - Perform any other related duties as assigned by superior from time to time Job requirement - Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent. - Fresh graduate are welcome to apply. - Required Skill(s) : Computer Literate, Microsoft Office, SQL System - Minimum 1 year experience in the procurement / purchasing field - Proficient in Chinese language, English and Malay is essential - Self motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision - Good interpersonal skills & able to communicate well with suppliers - Possess own transport. - Base in Indahpura, Kulai, Johor.
