Job Description: 1.Assist the sales team on any pre-sales inquiries. 2.Provide professional technical support to our customers. 3.Perform product testings to better understand our products. 4.Provide trainings to both our internal staffs and our customers. 5.Carry out professional after-sales support duties such as troubleshooting and warranty claim.
