Job Description • To manage human resource policies and organize SOP to make sure that they are legislatively compliant, provide employee sufficient information about human resources policies. • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., Conduct orientation training for new staff, factory workers, sales, and all department) • Liaison with government authorities like immigration, custom &, etc on new license application & renewal foreign workers work permit. • Handling full spectrum of foreign workers support including payroll, Visa applications, FOMEMA applications & Immigration issue. • Liaise with government bodies pertaining to statutory issues/compliances such as EPF, SOCSO, HRDF, PCB, etc. • Performs other duties as assigned. Job requirement • Possess Bachelor’s degree or at least Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. • At least 3 years of human resource management experience preferred. • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations & work pass. • Able to work with team and good organization skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality & work independently.
