Requirements: • At least 1 year food and beverage management experience • Working knowledge of basic computer software programs • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently • Able to conduct multiple tasks • Effective communication and leadership skills • Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices • Ability to manage cost and meet financial targets • Guest-oriented and service-minded Benefits: • EPF • SOSCO/EIS • Staff Meal • Transport Allowance • Mobile Allowance • Attendance Bonus • Performance Bonus • Public Holiday Double Pay • Medical and Annual Leave Job Description: • Research new wholesale food suppliers and negotiate prices • Calculate future needs in kitchenware and equipment and place orders, as needed • Manage and store vendors’ contracts and invoices • Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff • Prepare shift schedules • Supervise kitchen and wait staff and provide assistance, as needed • Arrange for new employees’ proper onboarding (scheduling trainings and ordering uniforms) • Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations • Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus Work Location: • Jalan Tan Hiok Nee, JB • Taman Desa Cemerlang, Ulu Tiram • Ecopalladium • Taman Setia Tropika • Taman Sutera Utama Working Days & Time: 5-6 Days/ Week 8-12 hours/Day
