Job Description 1. Interpreting building plans and construction drawing. 2. Site coordination, supervision, and monitoring of job site to ensure project timeline fulfilment. 3. Liaise with design team and all suppliers, sub-contractors for smooth delivery of project. 4. Perform on site ongoing inspection to ensure delivery of quality works 5. Regularly checking inventory and placing orders for building materials 6. Ensuring all machinery and equipment are in working order and good condition. 7. Report daily construction work and suggesting any improvement measures. 8. Maintaining an accurate attendance report of all construction site workers 9. Communicating the progress report to the project engineer & project manager 10. Ensuring all on-site workers adhere to the health and safety regulations. 11. Performing first aid during emergencies 12. Attending any on-site meetings or events
