Job Description

Responsibilities: - To support Project Manager in monitor daily quality assurance activities in the factory. Liaise with production staff regarding quality matter. - To monitor the product quality report provided by QC Inspector. Maintain the product quality and issue Corrective Action Report to relevant party when needed. - To check QA/QC Plans and develop checklists, inspections, procedures and preventive actions. - To ensure that non-conformance parts are not released to customers. Ensure corrective action had been taken on defect parts before released to customers. - To maintain and update Quality System from time to time. - To carry out periodic inspection and calibration of measuring instruments and tools. - Work closely with customers, suppliers and colleagues to meet the quality Requirements. - Ad-hoc duties assigned by manager. Requirements: -VCandidates must posses at least Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or equivalent). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. - Experience in ISO 9001 quality management system will be an added advantage. - Self-discipline, able to carry out multiple tasks and work independently. - Problem solving skills in handling quality matters.
