Job Description

Responsibilities: - To provide CNC Milling & Turning programs. - To report manufacturing duration to Sales. - To identify the raw material needed and minimize the wastage. - To work closely with store department to ensure have sufficient tooling and submit purchase request of tooling. - To establish manufacturing procedure to achieve efficiency and quality. - To update job sheet to provide clear information to CNC operator. - To work closely with CNC operator to achieve desire output. - To carry out end of project review for continuous improvement. - Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior. Requirements: - Candidates must posses at least SPM/ professionally qualified in related field. - Able to use CAM software and knowledge in CNC machines. - Able to interpret mechanical drawing correctly. - Understanding of tolerance and GD&T. - Experience in CNC programming, understanding of machine tools and setting. - Self-discipline, able to carry out multiple tasks and work independently.
