Job Highlights • 优渥底薪加上佣金和津贴 Attractive commissions & incentives • 和谐积极的工作环境 Friendly & Passionate Working Environment • 事业成就和升迁机会 Career growth & progression opportunity 任职需求： • 拥有销售 /室内设计 /建筑 /装修/ 建材行业相关背景会优先考虑 • 对工作有热忱，有进取心学习和态度积极 • 有良好沟通协作和执行能力 • 语言技能：中文，英文，马来文 • 熟悉电脑、自备交通 • 工作6天制（8.30am - 5.30pm） • 工作地点: Nusa Indah (靠近 Bukit Indah / Horizon Hills) 工作职责： • 接待门市顾客，了解需求并给予专业的瓷砖介绍 • 提供瓷砖的设计和概念 • 有能力胜任 Project 大型项目，推广方案 • 达成销售目标 • 完成销售订单和售后服务 员工福利： • 提供优渥底薪 RM 4,000 ~ RM 6,000 • 提供所有基本福利 EPF, Socso, EIS • 额外提供佣金，津贴，年终花红 • 提供在职培训 • 升迁机会 Requirements: • With working experience in any retail/ interior design/ renovation / building material field before will be an advantage for this position. • Good written and verbal communication skills (English & Mandarin). As job scope requires with Mandarin-speaking clients. • Passionate, dynamic, and highly motivated individuals who is proactive and eager to learn • Great interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills to all level of customers. • 6 working days (8.30am - 5.30pm) • Role is based in Nusa Indah, Johor Bahru (Near Bukit Indah / Horizon Hills) Responsibility: • Attend showroom walk-in customers and provide advice to meet customer's needs and wants • Provide tiles design concept and ideas • Managing and developing key relationships with new and existing clients • Achieve targets & sales objectives • Responsible for sales order processing • Follow up customer satisfaction Benefits: • Attractive salary and incentives • Provide EPF, Socso, EIS, Bonus • Provide allowance & commissions • Provide training • Career Advancement
