Working days & Time 1. 5 working days per week Key Responsibilities: 1. Consolidate Group of Companies Financial Report 2. Overseeing day to day operation/ duties of the finance department 3. Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing reports. 4. Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness. 5. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Financial Statement, Report, Forecast, Product Costing, Analysis as required by management. 6. Establish, Maintain and Coordinate the implementation of Accounting Procedure 7. Budgeting: Collaborate in the budgeting process, monitoring expenses against budgets. 8. Audit & Tax Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations, and preparation of tax returns 9. Compliance: Stay updated on financial & tax regulations and ensure adherence to accounting & tax standards. 10. Liaise & Communicate with Different Departments, and external parties such as government bodies, bankers etc. 11. Interim Work that assigned by Superior Qualifications: 1. Professional certification MIA is required [Malaysia Institute of Accountants] 2. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 3. Minimum 5 years experiences in accounting and finance. 4. Proficiency in Accounting Software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Positive thinking and Self-motivated 8. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 9. Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is a plus. 10. Past working experiences in Public Listed Company is a plus point.
