Minimum degree holder 2. Design and develop electrical products in line with customer requirements and ensure they comply with the relevant/latest regulations. 3. Evaluate the efficiency of electrical systems, machinery, components and products. 4. Apply knowledge of electricity to design testing methods for different systems. This will allow them to understand the capabilities of electrical systems and machinery. 5. Understand design specifications and technical drawings. 6. Assure product quality by conducting thorough and reliable tests. 7. Research/test manufacturing methods and materials. 8. Use computer-assisted engineering and design software to create technical plans. 9. Utilise design software to create prototypes of products. 10. Monitor a product and improve on future design. 11. Service and maintain electrical systems. 12. Collect, analyse, interpret and summaries data into written product reports. 13. Estimate project timescales, as well as material, construction and labour costs. 14. Liaise with client/other members working on the project. 15. Attend educational/technical training and workshops to maintain professional knowledge. 16. Attend meetings and give presentations to managers/clients. 17. To do testing and commissioning before handover project. 18. Supervision project schedule and problem resolving. 19. Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior
