Collaborating with engineers, architects to determine the specification of the project 2. Negotiation contract with sub-contractor and suppliers to reach profitable agreements 3. Submit and negotiation quotation with clients and customers 4. Prepare and submit project budget and schedule. 5. Good management of the project team to ensure that we are able to fulfill customer needs in the schedule 6. Able to give correct guidance when the project team is facing problems 7. Review and submit progress report to clients and customers 8. Prepare and submit progress claim to clients and customers 9. Able to attend meeting with sub-contractor, clients and customers to resolve problems in the project 10. Verify and certify sub-contractor claim and submit to project director 11. Monitor project cash flow to ensure project are profitable 12. Follow up payment status with clients and customers 13. Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior
