Job Highlights • Medical Insurance • Voucher Birthday • Annual Bonus Job Description • Liaise with customers and internal sales team on opportunity development and new projects. • Perform site visits to understand and collect data for customer requirement. • Conduct presentations and proposal and kick-off meetings for opportunity and project development. • Plan and execute project elements: cost, manpower, method, material and machine/equipment for installation, new builds and maintenance works at site. • Prepare technical drawings, bill of material, Literature, product data, technical specifications and CAD material for the development of new product designs by project. • Able to create 3D models and 2D fabrication drawings using Solidworks. • Coordinate with other internal teams (sales, costing, supply chain, manufacturing etc.) to ensure project success. Requirements: • Experience with project management / dealing with suppliers for the following work scopes: 1. Welding 2. Blasting and Painting 3. Fabrication 4. NDT • Have performed project costing and expense monitoring for successfully completed projects • Able to deal with customers and conduct presentations • Able to handle project disputes with customers and suppliers • Able to manage manpower (inhouse and 3rd party) and technicians • Handle end-to-end from proposal to project completion • At least 3-4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Production/ Process), or equivalent.
