Job Description: • To support the Managing Director in daily activities and arrange daily schedule & itinerary. • To handle all personal matters related to the Managing Director including running errands when required. • To organize the Managing Director's personal commitments including travel or any family-related matter. • Preparing facilities for scheduled meetings and arranging refreshments, if required. • To check all docs and cheques prior to Managing Director's signing. • To do travel arrangement of ticketing, transportation, accommodation, and travel insurance. • To prepare, circulate and follow up on meeting minutes. • To assist any business matter related to the Managing Director. • Arrangement of Festive gift. • Ad-hoc projects or other admin related duties in Managing Director's office. Criteria: • Display positive and initiative mindset. • Able to work independently without supervision. • Must have passion to serve and strive for improvement. Requirement: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field. In Business Admin or Secretarial will be an advantage. • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field (Secretary/Personal Assistant/Admin) is required for this position. • A detail-oriented person. • Good command of English. • Experienced in maintaining properties, source contractors, and follow-up repair & renovation project will be an added advantage.
