Working Days & Time • Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm • Saturday: 9:00am - 1:30pm Work Location • Senai (Eco Business Park 2), Johor Job Description: • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Social Media, Search Engines, Email, Website and other platforms. • Manage advertising budgets and paid advertising campaign (Google, Instagram, Facebook, XHS, TikTok, and more), and provide detailed reports on campaign performance. • Contribute ideas, strategize, and plan content according to brand strategy and positioning. • Create engaging content for online platforms, including website content, social media updates, and email campaigns. • Analyze data to identify trends, optimize campaign performance, and provide detailed reports, including monthly reports for website and social media. • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies, actively brainstorming innovative ideas for digital marketing strategies. • Collaborate with teams to align digital marketing with overall marketing and business goals. • Understand the market and local trends to develop campaigns tailored to consumer behaviors, while strategically planning and executing company promotions and marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and drive business growth. • Perform other duties and projects as necessary to meet company goals. Job Requirements: • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing, Business, IT, Mass Communication or a related field. • Required Language(s): 中文, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. • Must be able to Speak and Read 中文. • Proven experience in digital marketing • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. • IT-related experience and skills would be an Added Advantage. • Creativity in idea and content creation and Effective project management. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships. • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Applicants must be willing to work in Eco Business Park 2 (Senai) Johor, Malaysia.
