Job Description

Working Days & Time • Monday – Friday • 9am – 6pm Work Location • Kota Bharu, Kelantan Benefits • Accommodation, Meal Allowance will be provided. Requirements: • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Quality Assurance, Industrial Technology or relevant field • Minimum 3 years or above of work experience in Civil or Steel Structure will be advantage • Knowledge of Industry Standards, regulations, ensures complies with all relevant quality & safety requirements. • Have strong leadership qualities, including ability to motivate team members, resolve conflicts & promote a positive work environment. • Understanding of industry –specific standards, regulations and best practices is essential. • Analytical Skills and Communication skills are important for effectively conveying quality standards. Responsibilities: • Verifying the implementation and operation of the quality assurance and control systems, by planning and conducting internal quality audits and inspection activities on head/corporate office and site offices. • Ensure the implementation and continuous improvement in overall Quality Systems. • Ensure that all contractual / company and local authority requirements for Quality, Health Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements are complied with. • Review, update and control, the distribution of the Quality Management Procedure, Quality Manual and related procedures for Infrastructure, MEP, civil and other subcontractors and divisions. • Generate project specific quality plans for projects. • Ensure that all the non-conformance issues, are promptly investigated, corrective and preventive actions are proposed / implemented and are quickly closed out. • Ensure that the contractual quality requirements of a project are fully communicated to all key personnel, so that their roles in fulfilling these requirements are fully understood. • Ensures that all subcontractors’ quality systems and plans are acceptable to the company as applicable to the “Project Contract”. • Ensure that the calibration of all inspection, measurement and test equipment is conducted according to the defined schedule.
