职责和义务： 负责开发新产品。 定义研发战略并组织项目组合。 管理研发项目，并在必要时进行产品发布后的跟进。 持续改进现有产品的性能。 进行技术、科学、法规和竞争情报监测。 组织与集团研发团队的信息共享。 不断与相关部门分享与研发相关的更新和信息。 在流程实施方面支持生产，并共同推动持续和工业化扩展。 对产品进行必要的物理和化学测试与分析。 与各供应商联系并从中寻找适当的原材料进行新产品开发。 制定产品规格和生产程序。 为产品准备技术数据表（TDS）和安全数据表（MSDS）。 监督试制和初期生产批次。 在流程或产品异常发生时负责调查。 在产品/流程改进方面提供技术建议和支持。 协助销售和市场准备样品。 与销售、采购、运营和市场密切合作。 能够管理工作量并满足截止日期。 职位要求： 候选人须至少拥有化学学士学位。 必须“动手能力”强且富有创造力。 具备阅读和解释英语和普通话文献的能力。 至少有3年类似职能的工作经验。 熟悉制造工艺者优先。 具有分析、创新和组织能力。 熟悉微软Word、Excel和PowerPoint的计算机技能。 职位亮点： 有吸引力的薪资待遇及绩效奖金。 员工福利包括医疗保险、津贴和团队建设。 五天工作制；公司扩张，职业发展机会多。 Responsibilities and Duties : 1. Responsible for developing new products. 2. To define R&D strategies and organize project portfolio. 3. Manage R&D projects and perform post launch follow-up when required. 4. Continuous improvement of existing products’ performances. 5. Perform technical, scientific, regulatory and competition intelligence monitoring. 6. Organize information sharing with group R&D teams. 7. Constant sharing of R&D related updates and information with relevant departments. 8. Support production in process implementation and work together for continuous and industrial scale up. 9. Executing necessary physical and chemical tests and analyses for the products. 10. Liaise with and sourcing suitable raw materials from various suppliers for new product development. 11. Setting product specifications and production procedures. 12. Preparation of TDS and MSDS for the products. 13. Supervision of pilot and initial production batches. 14. Responsible for investigation when abnormal occur in process or product. 15. Provide technical advice and support in product/ process improvement. 16. Assist sales and marketing for samples preparation. 17. Close collaboration with sales, purchasing, operations and marketing. 18. Able to manage workload and meet deadlines. Job Requirements : 1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry. 2. Must be “hands on” and creative. 3. Ability to read and interpret literatures in English and Mandarin. 4. At least 3 years working experience in similar function. 5. Knowledge of manufacturing process added advantage. 6. Analytical, innovative and organizational skills. 7.
