Job Description

Working Days & Time • 5 working days per week, including weekends • Work according to the assigned retail shift schedule Working Location： 📍 Charles Tyrwhitt, Merdeka 118 Gender • Male candidates are encouraged to apply Salary & Benefits • Basic Pay: RM9 per hour • Additional personal sales commission based on individual performance • Commission and overtime (OT) pay • Staff discount • Training provided • EPF, SOCSO and EIS contributions Requirements • Minimum SPM qualification • Passionate in fashion • Basic writing skills and good communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English • Well-groomed and pleasant personality • Willing to work retail shift hours • Team player, hardworking, with a positive and open mindset. Roles & Responsibilities • Greet, serve and assist customers as they enter the store. • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing good customer service. • Keep up-to-date with special and ongoing promotions • Manage product display at store, promote and upkeep the brand's image. • Practice security measures in order to uphold a safe and comfortable environment for customers. • Take instructions and perform tasks with full commitment assigned by superior.
